  Updates!

Ok, ok, let me just blow the dust off this ol' "Post new Blog" button and lets get things started.

So it's been a while... you know it, I know it, but hey! look on the bright side... the less blogs you read, the more time you'll have to get out of the house and enjoy some serious sunshine. And if you're not experiencing sunshine at the moment, well, 'dims the breaks kid.

Ok, so here's the skinny.

For the last while i've been working on a record with some friends in a band called "To The Lions" (a hardcore band based out of the Toronto-area). The band is comprised of some local hardcore veterans, some of which i shared the road with when i was in GRADE (a band i used to tour with as a drummer).

All in all, it was a great chance to get my hands dirty in the record-making process as well as a great chance for TTL to have some fun with recording it.

Recording the record was just a solid good time. I got to spend some serious good time with some old friends as well as some new ones. I also had the great pleasure of working with Mark Capoferri, a good friend of mine who ended up mixing the whole record, which in turn, brought it to the next level. Mark also plays in a band called RE-WIND which you can check out here -> http://www.myspace.com/rewindband

The record will be coming out June 19th (EDIT: sorry 19th not 9th) 2007 on Goodfellow Records and i hope you enjoy the tunes!

As for the present, i am currently in L.A seeing some old friends. I'll be tearing things up with Evan and "Devin" when they get back from tour and i'm sure i'll have something to report sooner than later.

Anyway, this is all i can muster up at the moment. Hope everyone is having a good time and making the most of it!
